Cancellation and Refund Policy


  • Due to the uncertainties imposed by COVID-19 I-India has a cancellation policy that prevents it from entertaining cancellations and processing refunds after the payment is made. It actively encourages participants to purchase a cancellation insurance policy to mitigate risks arising from forced cancellations. Accordingly, the following cancellation charges apply. 

    1. A 50% Cancellation charge is applicable if participation is canceled after registration. 

    2. 100% Cancellation charges are applicable if participation is canceled within 30 days of the program start date.

    1. Participants must send an email to support@i-india.in to receive a cancellation invoice so as to help them file an insurance claim. 

    Standard Inclusions

    Standard items for inclusions are –

    • Accommodation on twin sharing. 

    • Meals as specified in the itinerary

    • Ground Transport.

    • Guiding for all the excursions.

    • Entrance fees for all the visits and excursions. . 

    • Specific inclusions for the program.

    Travel Arrangements

    1. Participants are responsible for making their air travel arrangements, applying for the Indian Business visa, meeting the pre-departure COVID protocols, and ensuring that the travel insurance covers the cancellation charges of the Business Tour Package.

    1. Participants must purchase travel insurance to cover risks including cancellation imposed by I-India Leadership and Innovation Services P Ltd., Airlines, hospitalizations and quarantines, delays, etc.
